Best piece of creative work
This was my first piece of rendered perspective drawing that I completed in Year 11. Through this assignment I learnt new ways to portray windows and the eye-catching effect of having a contrasting background to an otherwise plain drawing.
Great piece of architecture
The Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center is a wonderful piece of architecture with it's winding, curving tiles and unique silhouette. The curves are remind me of hair with the drooping front part acting like a fringe. Additionally, the waves cast interesting shadows on the building's windows and floor as the sun hits it from different angles.

The majority of people often don't have the chance to view our world from a couple thousand metres in the sky. This photo was taken over Australia where many people like me, who aren't frequent flyers, rarely have the chance to experience the beauty of our land and skies. It captures the beauty of being airborne, and so close to the 'fluffy marshmallows' I saw in the sky as a child.
